Perfect location and fantastic lake views. The house itself is very outdated but this is represented in the photos. It’s all about the location for this one which is a 10/10.

The lot was great! The patio, dock, fire pit, yard size...excellent! They biggest negative for the outside was the lamp post with a very bright light from the neighboring property. It lit up almost the entire yard. Kinda ruining the fire pit scene. Inside definitely needs some updates. The upstairs shower should be renovated immediately. I don't mind the 80's/90's feel, but the carpet needs to go. Living room and furniture, great. Kitchen out to the patio, great. Views from all the windows facing the lake, excellent! Location, perfect!
