It was purposefully designed and decorated to create the ultimate vacation destination with premium furnishings and amenities.
The open floor plan with tall ceilings, creates a sense of grandeur and warmth. The family room is large and inviting with a couch that comfortably seats six, two accent chairs and the large 88" HDTV; the perfect place to curl up and watch a movie or air the weekends' big games in front of the magnificent fireplace. The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped for all your hosting needs with high-end stainless-steel appliances. There is also ample space on the large quartz island to show off your culinary talents.
Venture outdoors into the resort-style backyard and take a deep breath as you scan your surroundings and realize you have arrived at your ultimate dream vacation! The oversized pool provides a spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine on the six chaise chairs and two Frontgate pool floats. The outdoor seating area an oversize couch and side chairs with a fire table. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset with cocktail in hand and great company on either side. Dine al fresco under the stars with the ambiance of the large built-in barbecue

This single-story home boasts 4 impressively large bedrooms, 2 with their own private en-suite baths, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, pillow top mattress, ceiling fan and a 75” HDTV. The massive glass doors take you right out onto the patio with direct pool and spa access. The master en-suite bath features an oversize bathtub with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. In addition, there are two additional kin bedrooms both with king beds pillow top mattresses, 75” HDTVs and reach-in closets. One of the king bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 has a, pillow top mattress, 75” HDTV, reach-in closet and shares the hall bathroom that has a sink and bathtub/shower combo.
For Monthly renters, utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests' credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid.
