Villa Falls is 2450 sq ft luxury, newly remodeled, that comfortably sleeps 10 in 6 beds.
Located in La Quinta, walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, close to El Paseo, Palm Springs, Polo grounds, Coachella, Stagecoach and other Desert Venues and a plethora of shopping.
This beautiful one story 4 bedroom, 3 Cal King beds each in their own private bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 50" TV.
The 65" TV is outfitted with Xbox for great gaming experiences. Bunk bed with 2 queen beds great room for kids!
Paradise back yard features a large pool, 8 jet spa, waterfall, 5 hole putting green, 2 outside dinning tables, BBQ, bar and plenty of tanning lounges. An enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off!
The large living area of this executive home features a huge diagonal couch and a 75" 4K, Smart TV, with Cable, Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Pandora etc, included. Top off the experience with a great surround sound system. Xbox included with games for excellent gaming experience.
Around the corner is a walk up bar with TV for catching up on the games while enjoying a drink with a view of the pool and putting green. Close the barn door for privacy from the kitchen.
Guest bathroom is off the hall.
The Chefs Social kitchen, is open to the nook and dining room all overlooking the pool and waterfall. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for making and serving many delicious meals to your party easily.
Extra large dining room is equipped to seat all comfortably! Or enjoy your coffee at the nook while enjoying the pool and waterfall view.
The Master Suite has putting green and pool views. Featuring a Cal King bed with luxurious pillow top mattress and top of the line bedding. A 50" flat screen TV for your private viewing. The attached large bathroom is accessed through the barn door for your privacy. Bathroom is complete with dual vanity sinks, enclosed stand up shower and large soaking tub. Huge walk in closet completes the Master Suite. Daybed, Pack n play in this closet.
There are two more bedrooms featuring Cal King beds with pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding. All have 50" flat screen TV's with Netflix, HBO, Showtime, and Spectrum cable for your private viewing. An additional large bath with granite counter top and tub/shower with enclosure is across the hall.
Down the hall is the bunk room, equipped with Queen bunk beds. 65" TV with Xbox for optimal gaming experience.
The Private tree lined backyard oasis features a large pool with 8 jet jacuzzi which will seat 8 comfortably and a beautiful roaring waterfall. Entry steps with handles makes easy access for getting in and out of the pool. There are plenty of lounges for sunseekers around the pool and jacuzzi.
Enjoy evening cocktails at the outdoor bar, followed by appetizers and BBQ around the outdoor dining tables. After dinner enjoy sunset with a drink around the spa, or sitting areas around the pool.
When you're ready to retire, enjoy a quick rinse off in the privacy outdoor shower before dressing down for the evening.
For the golfers the putting green has five holes to practice you putting.
Putters are all available for your enjoyment.

Help yourself to the two sets of golf clubs and enjoy the many golf courses around town.
La Quinta public golf, SilverRock Country Club course is lovely. The Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve is a short drive or bike ride away. The majestic Santa Rosa Mountains are literally at the foot of the Preserve.
Adults and children alike will enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the area. Keep your eyes peeled for the sighting of the road runners.
A park is across the street on Adams, and a dog park is across the street on Adams.
Old Town La Quinta is a short 5 minute drive or bike ride and is home to a number of boutique stores and restaurants.
The world famous La Quinta Resort is a 10 minute drive. It's architecture, grounds, shopping, dining, spa and golf amenities and make it a "must do" experience.
Desiring even more shopping, dining and entertainment? El Paseo in Palm Desert is a mere 15 minutes away. Uptown shopping and restaurants galore!
Downtown Palm Springs is a must to visit while you are in town.

Had a really nice stay. The house is very comfortable. Host was super responsive. Very very quiet neighborhood. The interior was set up perfectly for a comfortable family getaway. Loved the decor.Loved the bedding.Loved the comfortable couch and chairs.Loved the dining table set up. Nice game options for keeping the family entertained. Kitchen fully stocked.The pool was heated perfectly. The jacuzzi heated up very quickly. The outdoor putting green was a super cool addition. Lounge chairs comfortable and umbrellas provided some nice shade! We had a couple of very small hiccups which we reported and owner was super responsive. These things in no way ruined or dampened our time at this property and as I stated the host was very responsive. Something noticeably missing from the backyard pics of this property was all of the signage advising “no music at anytime!!”, “silence after 10pm” - although these signs threw me off at first I did some research and found that La Quinta and surrounding areas have a super strict noise ordinance “Vacation rentals are not allowed to have any outside amplified music or noise”. After finding this out it was understandable that signage was posted as any violations could result in fines and even evictions, neither of which we wanted so the signs were very much appreciated as a heads up. Overall this property was a WIN! So cute!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property near Palm Springs! We loved the pool and putting green in the backyard. Very convenient location to Joshua Tree and everything else the area has to offer. House was perfectly appointed and will definitely keep it in mind for future visits!

Nice, large home, with nice pool and jacuzzi. Pretty tired though (ie: umbrellas were broken and tattered, screen door was broken, pool was filthy even after pool cleaner came twice, and furniture pads were faded and brittle). Would have been a great stay if the owner cared a bit more about the property. Sad that there is a “No Music at anytime” rule, but neighbor’s barking dog (6:00 am DAILY) and daily landscaper chainsaws (all day every day) are OK, I guess. We’ll try an alternate next time.
