About this villa rental
Located in Petit-Bourg in Guadeloupe in the middle of Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre, the villa Les Balisiers built on a bleak overlooks the surrounding countryside and the commercial area of Colin.
It has a terrace with a private jacuzzi for 5 people. New villa tastefully furnished includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes and can accommodate 4 people, a large living room with large sofa bed for a couple,
a kitchen with its granite worktop fitted and equipped with a fridge-freezer, a hob, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, an iron, a washing machine, complete household equipment and a bar overlooking the terrace.
The beds have built-in bedside lamps. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a hair dryer is available for you to make a beauty.
If you have a baby, a cradle is available on request for free.
Towels, Jacuzzi bath towels and linens are provided and changed weekly.
There is free Wi-Fi. The villa includes a flat-screen TV, a barbecue, a garage for two cars and visitors parking spaces.
Pleasant to live, it is well ventilated, the rooms are spacious and it feels good. You can relax sipping your ti-punch in the Jacuzzi on the terrace and lie on deckchairs enjoying the panoramic view day and night.
Built on a plot of 1000 m2, you will be surrounded by trees and tropical plants. Not overlooked.
The villa is located in a peaceful area, away from road traffic. The commercial area with its many shops is located 400 m. For your cash, a DAG ATM is also nearby.
It will be possible to practice various activities in the area, including windsurfing, Kayak canoeing on the Viard Beach, swimming in our many rivers, visit the different natural parks of the Basse Terre or go to the Great Earth to bathe in blue waters
Nearby you will find restaurants such as KFC, BURGER, Pizzas, creperies or go to the supermarkets to concoct small dishes.
At the Marina de Bas de Fort near Gosier, you will also find many restaurants.
A deposit of 300 € will be given by check when you enter the villa and you will be refunded if furniture and equipment not damaged.

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks in this lovely house. His sister joined us for a week. The house is spacious and comfortable, very clean and well kept. Nice landscaping. The breezes and excellent ventilation meant no need for the a/c provided. Our kind and helpful hosts awaited our arrival and toured us through the home and the thoughtfully provided amenities. Everything was as expected based on the listing.
The location was close to markets for meals at home and restaurants to dine in or take out. Much variety in the area and walkable from the home. For sightseeing, the home location was excellent to quickly access the main roads needed to get around the island easily. (30 min west to Cousteau Reserve with waterfalls, rainforest hikes etc along the way!) so much to see and do in the area. When not sightseeing, we enjoyed time on the patio and the jacuzzi - also very clean and well maintained.
We felt very safe in the area and people were helpful and friendly, and very patient with the limited French we could speak.
We would recommend this home as a great place to stay when visiting Guadeloupe.
