The house is located on a large plot on the heights of Petit-Bourg. Not overlooked.
It guarantees a total change of scenery away from the bustle of tourist beaches.

It is spacious, bright and pleasant to live in thanks to its large living-dining room and its equipped kitchen.
Its large fully secure terrace allows you to take all your meals and even to rest there because it is pleasantly ventilated.
It has 3 bedrooms including a master suite with a beautiful bathroom.
Two other bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. Bunk beds are in the second bedroom.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning pre-programmed in the evening but adjustable according to individual requests.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet is available for these two other bedrooms.
The house has wifi and television.
A parking lot is in front of the house.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
It is ideally located. In the heart of Guadeloupe, between Basse-Terre and Grande Terre.
It is 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown Pointe-à-Pitre.
Supermarkets (Super U & Carrefour Market) are nearby (5 minutes) for shopping. There is also a pharmacy, FNAC, Picard and a bakery.
Tony its owner will receive you with his legendary good humor.
Tony accepts smokers outside and festive evenings exceptionally.
It will always be good advice to tell you the outings to do on his island.
It is also possible to taste fish court-bouillon with peyi vegetables on request.

Logement spacieux, bien équipé et idéalement situé près des grands axes routiers et des grandes surfaces de commerce. Je relève la gentillesse, l'écoute et l'accueil très chaleureux de Tony. Nous reviendrons.

Belle maison avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain , idéal pour 3 couples .
Grande terrasse avec une belle vue ou l on a passé toutes nos soirées avec 2 hamacs pour se relaxer. La maison est très bien équipée avec serviettes de plage , masque et divers accessoires pour la plage. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Tony qui est très sympathique et serviable avec qui nous avons fini notre séjour autour d un petit punch. En résumé c était parfait.
