Rejuvenate at the Andanté, nestled in the heart of this breathtaking desert landscape. This immaculate 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers the ultimate blend of comfort and adventure.
Step outside and explore the nearby renowned hiking trails or dine at one of Sedona's many world class restaurants, all just a short drive away.
Soak away your cares in the private 6 person hot tub, or take in the stunning red rock views from the serene backyard after a day of indulging in all Sedona has to offer.
The Space:
-King bed in the primary bedroom and walk out slider doors to patio and hot tub
-Queen bed in the second bedroom with smart TV
-Queen bed in the third bedroom
-Full bath-1 with shower and separate soaking tub
-Full bath-2 with walk in shower
-Half bath
-Fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker and water filter as well as Keurig and K cups
-6 person indoor dining area
-Convertible couch in living room with smart TV and gas fire place
-laundry room
-Conversation area in the backyard with 6 person luxurious hot tub and gas fire pit
-Dedicated meditation space to harness the power of the surrounding red rocks
-Yard games available
-Can accommodate dogs for a one time charge of $299 (must be less than 50 lbs)
-Keyless entry
-Driveway and garage parking
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house, except the storage shed attached to the deck. All amenities listed are available for guests to enjoy! Guests will be given a personal code to access the front door of the house from 4 pm of their check in date to 10 am of their check out date.
*** Please keep the gate to the backyard closed at ALL TIMES. The Javelinas are known to roam the neighborhood and they need to be kept out of the backyard. Thank you!
Other Things to Note:
The Spa technician comes Monday typically between 9am and 12pm to service the spa, and often checks the cleanliness of it on Friday afternoon to keep the hot tub clean for guests. No action is needed, he will walk around through the gate and wont be there long. Just don't be surprised!
Sedona is a desert, so there is an abundance of wildlife, bugs and pests. We pull every stop with pest control and deterrent, however, there will always be a presence outside our control. We recommend to leave gates, doors, and screen-less windows closed. Always pay attention to your surroundings.

The house is gorgeous, the hot tub very clean. The views around the place are wonderful and location is great. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The host was always responsive and helpful.
