Sedona La Belle Maison is a brand-new property situated in a peaceful West Sedona neighborhood. This location is close to attractions, Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, as well as many popular hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping!
The singe-level home is spacious with 1,958 square feet, with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests.
Entering the home through the front door, you will step into the great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV and large windows to bring in the natural light and surrounding views. You'll enjoy an open, airy ambiance brought by the vaulted ceilings.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a six-burn Wolf gas range. The kitchen's center island offers seating for three and is great for meal prep and entertaining.
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six and convenient access to the patio.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, the en suite bathroom has two vanities, a soaking tub, separate tile and glass shower, and a water closet.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 – Each bedroom offers a queen bed and Smart TV. These bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom offering double sinks and a separate tub/shower combo.
Outdoor/Patio areas:
The backyard offers a peaceful setting with a paver patio with outdoor seating and propane BBQ. The front entry patio has seating and is a wonderful area to enjoy the red rock views.

This home is lovely. Very quiet neighborhood and there are great hiking trails accessible from the neighborhood. The home is spacious, kitchen well stocked and so perfect for a chill and relaxing stay.

We stayed here for a short family getaway focused on hiking in Sedona, and the location was outstanding. The morning and evening views were beautiful, and we loved the easy access to the Teacup and Soldier Pass trails. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after long hikes. We truly fell in love with Sedona during this trip and already plan to return later this year. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great house! Perfect location- walkable to so many trailheads. Not far from restaurants & grocery stores. Beautiful house with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Hosts very responsive. Loved the hot tub.

The house is beautiful and the location is unbeatable. The kitchen counter is beautiful. However, there are ants everywhere throughout the house especially we can’t leave anything on the kitchen counter. If I leave coffee mug on the counter for 5 minutes, then more than 50 ants will surround around the base of my mug. Not a pleasant sight in the kitchen. We have to keep any food in the fridge. We didn’t call for service because we didn’t want to deal with the smell of the anti pest spray in the house because my parents are 89 and 84-year-old and suffer respiratory issues post COVID. But we did communicate with them once we left and notified them the issue. All we heard was why we didn’t address the issues while we were there. We aren’t happy with their feedback and would like anyone who is interested in booking the unit to be aware of this issue in the future.
