Wonderful location! Breathtaking views. Close to John's pass. Very clean. It was really nice to have a bar and a cafe in the building! We enjoyed time at both the large pool/hot tub and the kiddie pool/hot tub. Beds were very comfortable! However, it's time for a new sofa sleeper/mattress.PLEASE consider providing beach chairs, beach towels and more cooking utensils. It was nice to have a few rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, small bars of soap, and dishwasher detergent to get us started. Why not throw in some laundry pods, too?Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would love to stay here again!

Rooms were clean and furniture in good condition. We would have preferred more flatware, dishes/bowls and cookware.

The complex was great (have stayed there before in a different condo). This condo was clean. Pool and the grounds were just perfect. Arrived on Wed night. Loud noise in the ice maker and the primary bathroom toilet would run every half hour or so. Called the mgmt company Thurs AM. They sent out a maintenence worker who replaced the ice maker with a new one and a gal to check on the toilet. She called the plumber who told her how to fix it. They both said the issues were fixed. On Friday, there still was no ice and the toilet was continually running every half hour. I made another call to the mgmt company when the office opened and spoke to a nice lady. She said she'd report it and send someone out again. No one showed up on that Fri or throughout the weekend so there were three more days/nights of noise and no ice. I followed up when I got home and the mgmt company was going to reach out to the owner because I asked for some compensation for the issues. Was told that the owners wouldn't provide any compensation because, basically, things happen. For as much as it cost per night, I was very disappointed in the condo owner's lack of customer service and willingness to assist with two very frustrating issues that didn’t get resolved.
