Perfect stay for us, living just 2 hours from Treasure Island. We stayed at this property for two nights. Just a few steps from the beach and all types of restaurants nearby. The unit was very clean and all appliances were working fine. My kids want to come back, so we probably will soon. I recommend for family of four.

We arrived a little early from the airport before 4pm which is check in time, waited for our code to post on our customer portal.The condo was very nice, we were on the 2nd floor, handicap accessible room with open area through the kitchen and living room area.The kitchen had a coffee pot, toaster, pans, and dishes needed.

The handicapped accessibility of the unit was very good, especially the shower and toilet., though it was a tight squeeze to get a wheelchair into the bathroom through either of the bedrooms. The lift at the pool worked well and the maintenance workers were very attentive and helpful.
However, the living room couch in the condo is worn and the two wicker chairs are not comfortable. The seat of one of the kitchen chairs was not attached at all. The kitchen lacked basic necessities such as pot holders, a bottle opener, a pizza wheel and a can opener in good working condition.
The resort was noisy at night; the 10 pm quiet time was not enforced. Neither was the rule at the pool that reserving chaise lounges and chairs is not allowed. The Sunset Grill on the second floor looks to be accessible but once inside the door, the space between a counter and coolers is too narrow to get even a small wheelchair through.
The beach is lovely but there is no way to go directly from the resort right out to the beach as the only access to the beach there has stairs. The only access is to leave the resort and use the public right of way to the beach.
