Located in a quiet neighborhood with a lanai covered, heated pool for your own privacy. Several pool toys and floaties available. Large 75" smart TV with fast internet. Full kitchen inside and a gas grill & smoker on the lanai patio. Two car garage for use also.

House had a bad fly infestation in lanai and kitchen including a couple cockroaches as well in the entryway. Neighbors directly next door are extremely intrusive and apparently keep an eye on your every move so if you’re looking for privacy I would look elsewhere. I was approached and threatened while walking at dusk as a woman alone…for taking photos of the owl preserve across the road lol. Pool area is nice but quite shallow and not nearly as large as photos make it appear on listing. The pool being heated in the summer was not very refreshing and felt more like a bathtub IMO maybe owner could adjust for current weather. For the price I would expect a better experience overall but on the plus side …comfortable beds, large tv set in living room, and spacious garage and kitchen. Just not worth the price overall.
