Looking for a comfortable luxurious home away from home? You have come to the right place! Experience a piece of the Water Front Wonderland. Conviently located in the middle of Cape Coral with easy access to main roads such as Pine Island Rd, Veterans Pkwy and the interstate 75. Extremely easy to head south towards Fort Myers or North to Tampa! The home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Great to stroll around and be greeted by our friendly neighbors. Starbucks is 1 min away! (Rare)
The space:
This home is a Waterfront Property that is equipped with 3 bedrooms + 1 Den (Privately Enclosed Barn Style Double Doors) and 3 Full Bathrooms (Showers + Toilets). The third bathroom is located in the lanai. Futheremore, the home comes with huge 90 degree siding glass doors to maximize home space all the way out to the Lanai/Patio. Fish in our canal to your heart's content. Fishing Poles will be available at the property.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to whole home Excluding the Garage. The Garage is used as owner storage space.
Other things to note:
I will always keep the property at a very reasonable price as I clean the property myself. Guests will always get a reasonable price for a luxury home. Guests can expect clean toilets, dining table tops, kitchen counters, bathroom counters, machined hot water washed linen, comforters and towels, ect. However, if you are a guest that is OCD about everything needing to be perfect and dust free, this home may not be right for you. Please do understand, I am not a professional cleaner. All I ask is for guest to treat my home as their own. Thank you so much for your understanding!

This house was amazing! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The host was responsive and helpful. We especially loved the patio door that could be opened to a screened room where we could see and hear the birds on the river outside. It was a great place!

We all had a great stay. The house is in excellent shape. The owner was great to work with and always replied back in a short amount of time and was very accommodating. The house was very organized. I would definitely recommend staying here.
