Perfect location and comfortable property. Closely located to IMG, grocery store and fitness center. Great location for walking and jogging. Pools and hot tubs are wonderful.
8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
The place was clean, and I really liked that it had two beds and two bathrooms, which made it very convenient for our stay. There are a few updates that would make the experience even better. The unit could benefit from new curtains or blackout shades, as the current window coverings don't provide much privacy and allow quite a bit of sunlight in during the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.The exterior of the building could also use some improvements, as it appears a bit dated. Additionally, if you're planning to spend a lot of time at Anna Maria Island, keep in mind that the drive is typically about 35–45 minutes, depending on traffic.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a clean and comfortable place with plenty of space.
8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
The location is very convenient to IMG. The grill is a bit complicated to use. The pool is decent but not great.
10 / 10Outstanding·Jun 2026
Nice clean condo in excellent location not too far from shopping malls and beaches. Condo has everything you need, tv is modern with good channel choices. There is even a couple of beach chairs and parasol in the cupboard. Thes tennis courts and two pools are very close. Public and Applebees just a few minutes walk. Had an issue with the dishwasher which was fixed next day by owner. Bed was comfy but a bit soft for us. Overall would recommend.
