The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are great spots at piers around the area or book a fishing charter. This comfortable private condo is located just 10 minutes from Bradenton Beach or Anna Maria Island Beach is just 6.8 miles away. The Shoppes of Bradenton Commons is within walking distance and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Sports bar, and an AMC theater. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 16-minute drive (8.2 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands circle is about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton or Riverwalk, which is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with many appliances including an electric kettle and Keurig. There are no spices, oil, or any kind of condiments, not even salt & pepper. So if you cook, you will have to buy all. The place was lovely and clean and looked liked the photos. The problem for us was the beds. The bed in the master had tattered quilt and a mattress that had a hump rising in the middle. It was awful to sleep on for 5 nights. My cousin was in the twin room and her mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The bed quilts are old and need replacing. If the beds were decent we would have given 5. Also, there was only one small blanket provided, no wash cloths, except 1 black makeup cloth.o better on the linens

There was table tennis, basketball goal, tennis court and 2 pickleball courts so there was an activity for everyone to do. This is not including the 2 pools to enjoy. We enjoyed playing pickleball and relaxing by the pool. Also, it was very close to grocery store and places to eat.

You can improve your Rating and future Reservation's by fixing several minor details. 1. Add more/ better blackout curtains to Master Bedroom. The outside walkway lights shine brightly into your eyes.2. Throw away shower wash cloths and get real cotton washcloths, those black things are awful. Also get better Spa towels, again you sent cheap.3. Get a bigger television for the living room.4.Replace your coffee maker with a programmable ground coffee maker.5. The washer is extremely loud.6. Last, you need more blankets that do something and aren’t too light. The weather outside was sub 50 degrees and you really wanted a heavy blanket for comfort sleeping. You would spend no more than 300-450 for ALL these important Minor details.TYSteve & Dennis
