Check-in was simple and receptionist was on site to answer additional questions. Walking across street to beach, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The only challenge i have had was i left a dress behind and haven't heard back about getting it, more on me though.

The condo was lovely and pictures and description were very accurate. Loved the screened patio and the great views of the bay. Condo was very clean and furniture was comfortable, including the beds. The beach was literally across the street and there were always plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available no matter what time we went down to the beach. There were even a few restaurants in walking distance. My only suggestion would be to better equip the kitchen. We hope to return.

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, comfy king bed and the property was charming and quiet.Appreciated the back deck and view of the bay.Also convenient to many restaurants and the beach.Also loved access to the club down the street.

Unit was very quiet and the bay view was nice. But overall cleanliness was lacking very dusty and had roaches and ants. Told property management and was told that the bug person was coming the day we checked out . We decided to give another RVA location a chance but have noticed the past two times staying with there managed property the bugs have been an issues as well as the cleanliness of the units .
