Condo was clean, nicely decorated, comfy king bed and the property was charming and quiet.Appreciated the back deck and view of the bay.Also convenient to many restaurants and the beach.Also loved access to the club down the street.

Would prefer ground floor but this property’s screen porch was very good. Would suggest a bit more comfortable furniture on the screen porch. Overall nice location on the key and very nice unit including the pool!

Unit was very quiet and the bay view was nice. But overall cleanliness was lacking very dusty and had roaches and ants. Told property management and was told that the bug person was coming the day we checked out . We decided to give another RVA location a chance but have noticed the past two times staying with there managed property the bugs have been an issues as well as the cleanliness of the units .
