This unit is perfectly located across the street from direct access to the beach. There are loungers, chairs, tables and beach umbrellas as you enter the beach area. It is so nice to not worry about having to lug around that stuff. There’s an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before you head back to the unit. While we didn’t use the tennis club you get access to, we did drive by and it looks great. When we stay longer we’ll definitely use it. The unit has everything you can need. I do wish they had an air freshener, we went out and bought one and after that, everything was great. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and kitchen equipment. Do keep in mind that the Keurig in the photos is no longer there, and you’ll need to provide your own coffee machine filters for the regular coffee maker. The freezer has an ice maker, which came in handy. The AC stayed cool the entire time, it does make a funny noise every once in a while, but it never kept us from sleeping well. Communication with Tate was great, he is very responsive. And made sure we had everything we needed. Even let us know that the unit was ready 3 hours before our check in time. And that was very nice of him! The are has a ton of restaurants, some within walking distance, but most you will need to drive to. Armand Square is super nice, lots of stores, cafes and restaurants. On Sundays, parking there is FREE!!! Every other day, it’s 1.50 an hour. We would definitely stay with RVA again.

It was wonderful! We love Beach Castle and everyone is so accommodating. It is so beautiful and peaceful. Will come back again and again. The pool the beach the hot tub. Great restaurants near by or a short drive. Kors Bakery is a must visit in Sarasota. Love love this place

Loved our time here - property was ideal and beautifully appointed and area was quiet and peaceful. Beach two minutes away - sunsets beautiful. Would have been nice to be able to walk to a restaurant, but plenty within a short drive. Highly recommended for a chill stay.
