Parking Policy: The resort allows for a third vehicle to be parked where there is space available for an additional fee.
The registration, pet and parking fee are charged by and paid to the resort. These are not our fees and are not included in the rental price.

Picture of Patio furniture was not accurate. We stayed for 3 weeks and the dishwasher was broken for two weeks. Refrigerator had a broken shelf which was a safety hazard.

The place is need of some small cosmetic work that would make it wonderful again. The one big thing it needs is new beds; the 2 inch foam topper doesn't help much. Other than that just small things like new shower heads (or a really good cleaning), a new master bathroom faucet (when turned on full it sprays everywhere), and outside cushions (they aren't really cushions any longer). The living room furniture and kitchen appliances were wonderful. The place was very clean. The view was wonderful. We could see dolphins and stingrays in the water. We liked the place, but would have loved it with just the few things which the owners may not even know needs fixing.
