Welcome to the BESTNEST at 27 Hollyberry Lane in Sea Pines. Our advertised rates are our very best rates and calendar shows real time availability. We encourage you to book online!

• Sleeping includes 3 kings and 2 twins.
• Open concept plan with everything on one level, with the exception of the twin bedroom/bath.
• Private heatable pool with fenced pool area- great for kids and dogs. (No dogs in the pool, please.)
• Password protected WiFi and enhanced Spectrum cable.

• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: Private, fenced pool area-- great for kids and dogs. (No dogs in the pool, please.) Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect! All rooms are on the main floor with the exception of one bedroom/bath. Great for the two grandmothers that traveled with us! Two large living spaces and the primary bedroom provide beautiful views of the outdoor area and also have their own access door to the heated pool and patio. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and its location on the island makes this house a wonderful choice. Second trip at this BESTNEST house and will definitely choose it again!

This was our first visit it to Hilton Head and the Hollyberry house was amazing. Beautiful house inside and out. Pool was fantastic. House was so clean and organized which made our trip even easier and better. Location was also great and peaceful. Quick drive to beach. This house was one of our favorite rentals and would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you yet again, Best Nest. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Great pics, but even better feel as soon as you enter the house. My best friend and I loved the bonus living room for chatting late at night, the teenagers loved the upstairs hideaway, and all of us loved the pool area. The kitchen is well appointed , and we made huge breakfasts and lunches with the cookware etc you supplied. The beds and bedrooms are all lovely. The placement of the house is perfect and on a quiet street (a huge plus for this light sleeper). It’s also very accessible to the beaches and Harbortown. Thank you for having us. I would rent this home over and over.
