BookSmart Properties presents: Tipsy Tuna! From the newly renovated home, to the nearby beach, to the exclusive guest resort access, the Tipsy Tuna is set up to be your perfect OBX getaway! Brand new furniture, appliances, decor & smart TVs create a fresh interior for your family to enjoy. The home is a 5 minute walk to the beach & the Corolla Light Resort, which boasts an outdoor oceanfront pool, gym, and a variety of sports courts. The Tipsy Tuna showcases the best Corolla has to offer!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**
**Hot tub is only available from April 1st to Jan 1st.**

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Grandparents, adult children and grandchildren together for fun. The pool time was especially great because it was shaded and the weather was too hot for the beach except for early morning and after 7 pm. House was well maintained and close to everything.

We have stayed at Corolla Light literally for decades. WE love all the amenities. This home did not disappoint. Great space with 3 en suite bathrooms work great for my family. Other bathrooms exist too. Large rooms, no clutter, open kitchen/living room kept everyone together. Kitchen well stocked with top end appliances, pots/pans, and dishes. Many toughtful touches include soap at very sink!Pool and hot tub immaculate. Pool in sun!Great place for my family!

Driveway was a challenge especially loading and unloading. House was clean. Pool area needed cleaned. Lots of steps to reach main level. No broom - so we had to buy one. One towel per person was not enough. Electrical issue between master bedroom and bedroom with twin beds - has to coordinate lights and fan because lights and fan would otherwise randomly turn on/off. Overall house was good. We all had a great time!

The only issue was the electric plug outside for the golf carts didn’t work.
Everything was great and I would highly recommend. Everyone having their own bath was great. Family enjoyed
