Outer Banks vacations should be all about families! You will be charmed in this lovely family-friendly vacation property located on the oceanside of Corolla Light Resort. Hardwood flooring runs through the great room and kitchen. Granite countertops welcome you. The décor has a relaxed coastal flair with soft color and great bedding. The screened porch adds a comfy outdoor living area hugged by oaks on ancient sand dunes.
Speaking of sand dunes…you can walk to the beach or you can take the trolley to the oceanfront complex with pools, a playground, a kiddie pool, bathrooms, and snacks. If you don't want to walk, the trolley also makes getting to the Sports Complex easy for all ages.
As you spend time outdoors, relax on PolyWood outdoor furniture by the private and newly surfaced pool! Yes, this pool does offer privacy thanks to the trees around the pool fence. You can enjoy grilling and meals poolside without feeling like the neighbors are crowding you. The ground-level rec room has a full-size pool table and a half bath that is very convenient from the pool deck. Memories will be made at “Coastal Charm”.
Does anyone need to work while on vacation? The top-level study is a great spot for work and meetings.

An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was in wooded lot, so out every window like you were in a treehouse. The pool was small but did the job, because of tree lots of debris on deck. The service came out dusting stay to clean pool which was great. The main living is on the 3rd floor, so if steps are a problem this might be hard. The home had New wood floor which was great. The kitchen was WELL appointed with everything you needed. The Beds could have been a little more comfortable. We had few people stay so plenty of space. I would be nervous to use top bunk or extra bed in bunk a room as a little unstable. The property also has games and puzzles to do, but does not have beach gear or bikes, but all can be rented.
Loved that the property allowed pets as Corolla is such a nice place for pets. We would stay again.

The house surpassed our expectations. Very good communication with the property manager. The walk to the closest ocean beach is 7 minutes (but no lifeguard there) — about 10 minute walk to the beach with the lifeguard. Can walk to ice cream shop and restaurants if you are inclined.
