Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. Have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf, barbeque at the complex's grilling area, or just relax on your private balcony! Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Condo had not been cleaned upon arrival at 6:00pm, but this was quickly resolved upon calling Dunes. After cleaning there was still a musky/moldy smell which I believe was caused by what appeared to be mold on a couple of the vents in the living room area. A good deep clean would likely resolve this issue. There was also a small ice/drink frig in the kitchen which probably needs to be removed as it wasn’t working and was full of mold…yuck. The balcony was AWESOME! Spent many hours there enjoying the wonderful view. Pool was great and access to beach was very convenient. Condo was roomy; we didn’t even use the upstairs. This was my first visit to Surfside and I will definitely visit this beach again.
