We really liked this home. Views of the marsh in back were spectacular! We loved relaxing on the the back deck which is well appointed with fans, comfortable chairs, lighting and blue tooth speakers. Proximity to ocean beach is good- easy walk. Would suggest providing guests with a roller wagon or two for easier transport of beach supplies. Bathrooms have been nicely renovated. And kitchen was great for cooking- new and functional appliances as well as decent amount of pots pans and kitchen tools. Stayed here with our two daughters and they loved the beach as well as access to the marsh- our older daughter went paddleboarding right off the back yard! Would definitely stay again and recommend this comfortable home.

My family enjoyed the peaceful view and location. It is just about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and is a direct shot to the public access point.
The house is spacious and the large outdoor deck makes it easy to cook and eat outdoors overlooking the marsh.
Kitchen was stocked well, but remember your spices. We forgot them of course, but made due.
Overall a great stay!

The ice maker did not work. It was two days before I got a reply. We were constant buying ice. I feel I should get reimbursed for the ice and time!
