PROS:
The views are outstanding and really made our trip, since the weather was really chilly and windy. The layout is great, tons of bathrooms and very comfy furniture. Great location- steps to the ocean and also close to plenty of takeout spots.
CONS:
The beds are *quite* firm, which we did not enjoy but others may prefer. The linens are provided by a company and they are hospital quality. The towels are awful, scratchy and stiff. Bring your own linens. The cookware has seen better days, and the decor feels a bit dated, but that’s subjective.
Would we return? Maybe!! The views and the location were so great, but we found the beds pretty uncomfortable.

The location of the property is awesome! The house is cute but they need to do better with cleaning. We had to wipe cabinets, trim where dust settles and sweep the floor and mop it properly. The carpet needs to be replaced with something that can be scrubbed regularly.
