Place was as pictured and well cleaned. Really appreciated the amount of available dishware/silverware for the size of the house. Our large group felt super comfortable in the home. No WiFi issues even with a ton of devices connecting to the internet. Only note is check in is at 5pm which is later than most VRBOs. Not a deal breaker but I didn’t notice this when booking. I understand they may need extra time if someone was staying before but no one was there from when we arrived at 4pm until the automatic code was activated at 5pm.

The house was clean and wonderful, exactly as listed online! We really enjoyed the house, the pool area, and the clean, large rooms. The rental company was very quick to respond to all our messages.

Some feedback from our team includes the following: •“The property management company didn't let us know about construction happening within 15 feet of the house. There was heavy equipment being operated prior to 7:00am. The grill lid is missing a pin to make the door open correctly. There were some part of the house that were very dirty--specifically the walls and floor near the trash can.”
