First, the house was absolutely amazing! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The amenities were fantastic as well. We loved hanging out by the pool and inside in the HUGE living room. Secondly, the location was great. It was right next to I-Drive so there were plenty of options for food and entertainment. Last but certainly not least, communication with the host (Elton) was amazing. Elton handled all of my concerns promptly and professionally.

Great place!!! 9.9/10 would recommend. Place wasn’t ready for check in at 4pm. We had to wait 30 minutes while the cleaners finished up. Few minor things damaged when we showed up, nothing major.

The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were amazing. Very clean, high-quality linens and furniture all throughout. The kitchen was somewhat lacking if you try to cook, with few pots and pans and no additional tools like slow cooker, Dutch oven, or even a modern coffee machine, despite there being two fridges and two dishwashers. It is probably intended for you to order out and use the abundant fridge space and plates for serving & storing. The pool and hot tub were great, and the grill area was also very nice. The neighborhood is nice and well-positioned in Orlando. We enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend for a cost effective way to house a large group of people!

This home was exactly as posted in website!!! This home and neighborhood is new… Clean, quite and beautiful..It’s in the perfect location in Orlando… enough in the city to visit attractions within 10-20 minutes and secluded enough to avoid the Orlando and I-4 traffic!!! There are stores and restaurants close by. Sea World and Aquatica are right up the road… 1.5 miles driving and 30 minutes walking. This will be a yearly return for my group.
