About this villa rental
Discover this beautiful 122 m² air-conditioned villa (with AC in every room), nestled in a peaceful setting just a stone’s throw from the charming village of Rasteau, along the famous wine route.
The villa features a spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher), opening onto a terrace with a covered section and breathtaking views of the vineyards, surrounding villages, and Mont Ventoux.
The villa includes:
- A master suite (king-size bed, 180 cm) with pool views, private bathroom, and toilet;
- Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes: one with a view of Rasteau village (two single beds, 90 cm), and the other overlooking the Provençal landscape (double bed, 140 cm);
- A large independent bathroom;
- A separate toilet with hand basin;
- An infinity pool (4x8 meters, depth of 1.5 m) with underwater alarm for safety.
Perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, this home is also ideal for cycling, hiking, and trail running enthusiasts, thanks to its proximity to Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, and many iconic routes.
For cycling enthusiasts:
The 2025 Tour de France will pass very close by:
- On July 22nd in Sarrians and Mont Ventoux (20 minutes by car);
- On July 23rd in Bollène (25 minutes).
For wine lovers:
- In July and August, enjoy free guided walks along the vineyard trail with a local winemaker in Rasteau;
