WHISTLEPUNK #18 - 4 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHS - BEDDING: Master BR: Pillowtop Queen Poster Bed, TV/DVD, private full bath, BR #2: Pillowtop Double Bed, TV/DVD, hallway full bath, BR #3: Pillowtop Double Bed, TV/DVD, pull out twin sofabed, shared hallway full bath with BR #4: Pillowtop Queen Bed, TV/DVD, pull out twin sofabed, shared hallway full bath with BR 3. Washer/Dryer. Ski Storage Entry. This condo can accommodate up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops., living and dining room area with log fireplace (wood provided). TV/DVD players. The condo is just off Whistlepunk Trail, a Novice run leading to the entire trail system. 2 ski lifts within 100 yards, and across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

This unit is was great for our family ski trip. The property was very clean and had a welcoming feeling. They have fire wood for a traditional fireplace provided at no extra cost, which made our evenings quite cozy.

Spacious and clean pet friendly condo convenient for ski in and ski out. Enjoyed using the fireplace and having stocked firewood was a bonus!

The location was perfect for a large group of people who all snowboard at different levels. I really liked the check-in process. We had some not-so-great things happen.
We could hear a fire detector chirping before we even opened the door. It went off and set all the detectors off together and we could not get a hold of anyone in the office to help. We ended up climbing on a chair and pulling the detector down and deactivating it. All of the mattresses in this unit are absolutely terrible. They all sag and you can literally feel the springs in your back. The cups and plates in the cabinet were crusted with dried food so we had to wash everything before we used them which was a problem because we did not have all the dishwasher pods that were supposed to be provided. There are no potholders in the kitchen, so we had to remove our hot food from the oven with a bathroom hand towel. I also find it unsanitary that there is no hand soap provided in the bathrooms or kitchen. Alot of the decorations on all the walls were extremely dusty.
