About this house rental
Ski hutch with 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. Ski in/ski out- walk to Cupp Run or beginner slopes. Enjoy a true cabin feel in the woods, sitting on top of the mountain with stunning Mountain View’s. Short walk to the slopes or Snowshoe village. Enjoy sitting by the fire on the deck watching beautiful sunsets or stay cozy inside gathered around the fireplace. Large storage area for your ski equipment or mountain bikes. This is the perfect place for family and friends no matter the occasion.
***Major Renovations*** We have a brand-new wrap around deck, with outdoor fireplace and large outdoor gas grill. Inside has a new fireplace, all new flooring, new furniture, new expanded bedrooms on the first floor. Almost the entire home has been renovated in the last 12 months. We strive to be a premier property on Snowshoe Mountain.
Guests will have access to the entire property for their stay.

Snowshoe Mountain is one of the premier ski resort on the east coast and Ikon Pass friendly. The Resort is located on top of the mountain and so is our property. All ski slopes and mountain biking runs are walkable from the property. Please see the `getting around` tab. Snowshoe Village is an Aspen inspired downtown area that is central to the resort, which includes restaurants, retail shops and many more. The many activities in Snowshoe include: Skiing, Snowboarding, tubing, downhill skiing, uphill skiing, Snowmobiling, Adventure dining, Sleigh rides, Indoor/outdoor heated pool/sauna/hot tubs. Don`t forget about Silver Creek Terrain park. All activities can be done during day or night.
2-minute walk to the western side of Snowshoe Resort Ski slopes.
3-minute walk to the main or eastern side of Snowshoe Ski slopes and some restaurants.
8-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Snowshoe Resort Village.
There is a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes during the winter season from the end of this properties road to the village and back.
We have only owned this property a short time and want to make it better and better for guests for years to come. Please share any feedback, no matter big or small. If you just have an idea to make the experience more fun, we want to hear about it!
House must be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
Please turn off gas to fire pit or grill if used during your stay.
Please turn wall heaters to low.
Please take all trash to yellow bins outside. No loose trash, all trash must be in a large trash bag. Please screw lids onto trash cans. Do not leave trash outside unattended, animals will create a mess.

The house was very clean. There was some maintenance issues which they are attending to and noisy squirrels kept a couple of people up.We asked for some more towels and wash cloths which the cleaning person eventually brought. The original ad mentioned a hot tub but there was none, not that we would have used it since it was 39 degrees the first night. 8 of us stayed, all 60. Spiral steps to loft and bottom level is not older people friendly. The fire place in house was electric, gas outside. Kitchen was well stocked. No keurig but we all drink pot coffee. The morning and sunset view from deck was beautiful and we saw deer every day. The Village at Snow Shoe was 1/4 mile or less up the mountain. It was summer so only a few shops and one restaurant and a couple of pizza places was open. A WV almost heaven swing is behind the village at one of the ski lifts. Because of the maintenance and squirrel issue the owners refunded our money back. That was totally their idea, which we did not ask for since we stayed there for our entire time. I talked to owners and they were very pleasant and appreciative on advice. There is a gas station, and Dollar General at base of mountain on Rt 66 and Cass is a 20 min drive the other way off of Snow Shoe.

Great house with an amazing view to wake up to every morning. Host was very responsive to questions. Very close to the village. We were here in the summer, but lots of nearby lifts. Nice place to stay!

Great location with super views. Had everything we needed and enjoyed the fire on the deck in the morning and evenings.

The property had a tiny kitchen to serve the number of folks for which it was listed. Fire pit did not light. Bathrooms are tiny.
