Catarì is a house on the first and second floor of an historic building in the city center of Polignano a Mare. The house has a furnished terrace, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it is about 450 m far from the famous Lama Monachile beach and it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Catarì is a house located on the first and second floor of a historic building in tuff stone. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a living room equipped with a French sofa bed. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a kitchen with induction hobs, electric oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher and table with wooden chairs. There is also another bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a terrace with outdoor table and chairs.
On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.

Booked this last minute and Daniela reached out very quickly to agree on check in. We ended up arriving early and Daniela recommended a place for lunch for us while we waited and then checked us is a little ahead of schedule. Property was as listed on a quiet street a few minutes away from old town centre and main beach cove and all restaurants and shops. Flat had everything we needed, although we didn't really cook much. Was great to have AC and WiFi worked well. Not sure what parking would be like for this property, as we arrived by train. Station is less than 10 minutes away and is very convenient to get into from Bari. Polignano is a lovely little town, and this is a great place to stay of you wish to spend a few days exploring the area and enjoying the great seafood and pasta!

It is a studio apartment with a functional kitchen upstairs. We used it as it was advertised for 2 sleeping quarters separated by a wall. The area with a sofa bed is tiny, has no window and gets freezing at night when the second part of this room is still warm. It was very inconvenient not to have a seating area. It also does not have TV or even a radio! Parking was not clearly explained to us so for 14 nights we had to walk 10 minutes each way to the dirt parking. This dirt parking is free, but we had to go to car wash several times. Check in and payment was tedious. The concierge was a very nice guy, but he was always late and seemed to be overwhelmed?
