It was our first stay a Pelican Walk, we chose it because of the location and they allow pets in some of the rooms. The staff from booking until departure was great. The room was spotless they allowed an early check-in to accommodate one of our guest Alzheimer’s. All the staff and employees we friendly and accommodating. The BBQ grills worked they have both gas and charcoal. The pools were spotless ( cleaned every morning. The landscaping was perfect. Check-in and check out is so easy. I can’t say enough positive about the place. We will be back
