About this apartment rental
You'll feel relaxed in this very large (1800 ft.²), beautiful, very well lit with natural light, private entrance basement apartment that is only about 1 mile from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Snowbird and Alta resorts) and 3.3 miles from Big Cotton Wood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton). Take in breathtaking views on countless hiking and biking trails.
This 3 bedroom apartment has a private entrance. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, outdoor bbq, dining room, living room with 2 large screen TVs, a laundry room, very fast internet and a fireplace for you to enjoy.
Relax on the hammock and chairs as you take in the mountain views, blue skies and fresh air.
Natural light floods much of this private basement apartment. One of the bedrooms even has sliding glass doors leading out to the pool.
The apartment is just over 1800 sq. ft.
During the summer relax in the private unheated pool which opens on 5/5/26. Or enjoy all year the fire pit and bbq. Or go check out the great restaurants in the neighborhood.
You'll have full access of your own private washer dryer units as well.
All three bedrooms are large. The smallest room has a full size bed and also a three bed bunk bed. Not (2) two bed bunk beds. Vrbo does not have a choice for that when describing rooms.
Space is not an issue in this Vrbo.
Coffee pods are provided for the Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker, french press and italian moka coffee maker so you can get your energy up for the local activities.
Just to let you know there is a camera that monitors the pool area ONLY, just for security. There are NO interior cameras.
Let me know if you have any questions about the pool which is open during the warm months or the year round fire pit. They are there for your private use.

Very nice and clean rental with plenty of space. Love the triple bunk beds, they were a hit with the kids. Nicely stalked kitchen and clean.

The home was very spacious for a family of four. Everything was clean. The unit was well stocked with plenty of coffee! We normally stay up in Salt Lake City but was surprised how easy it was to get everywhere from this unit's location. Would definitely stay again!

Host was extremely accommodating and responsive with all communication. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies. There was plenty of space for my wife, kids, and I to spread out and relax in the evenings, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The property is very pet-friendly, and the neighborhood felt safe and perfect for walking the dog.And the biggest highlight—location, location, LOCATION! Just 18 minutes from Snowbird Ski Resort, which made getting to and from the mountain incredibly easy. Also super close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable, convenient, and stress-free stay!

Perfect place for our ski trip. The location is very close to the mouth of the canyon which allowed us to get up to the mountains quickly. The neighborhood is great with amazing views of the mountains. Sleeping accommodations were great and the living room was perfect for movie nights after long days of skiing. The kitchen also had adequate supplies for cooking our own meals.
