About this house rental
Designed to offer stunning ocean views, this villa features large windows overlooking the garden. At the far end of the garden is a small cove where you can go for a swim or go fishing. In the evening, from the terrace, watch the small fishing boats return to the harbor and admire the sunset over the sea... in the morning, open the shutters and go back to bed, because watching the sea from your bed is a unique and delightful experience; the fresh bread you’ll pick up by bike can wait a little longer...
Enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches nearby, take long walks along the coast, and return home via the country roads... you’ll appreciate coming back while sipping a drink on the terrace or in front of the fireplace if it’s winter.
On the first floor of the house, you’ll find the entryway, the storage room where the bikes are kept, the washing machine, and the freezer. You then enter the large main room, which offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped; the dining area features a large table perfect for hosting friends for dinner; and the living room, with its fireplace, has a TV and a DVD player.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a view of the ocean, a bedroom with two pull-out beds—also with a view—another bedroom that faces the street (though it’s very quiet as well), and the shower room.
And let’s not forget the restrooms, which are located on each level.
Outside, there’s a beautiful wooden deck with a table and chairs, not to mention the lounge chairs.
The garden is enclosed except on the sides facing the cove and the ocean—which is just as well, since nothing obstructs your view...

The house is situated right on the edge of the ocean with stunning views in both sunny and stormy weather. The local area is great for exploration by foot (port, beach, bar/resto, dolmen all within 10 minutes walk) and also a terrific base for exploring this part of Brittany. There were bikes in the house but we didn't get a chance to use them. The house itself was excellent - often a rental home feels either flimsy or like it was decorated with grandma's furniture, this was not at all the case. The place was light, airy, sparkling clean, and decorated with taste. We used the fireplace every day and also appreciated the excellent in-floor heating. There were some basic staples already in the house (dish/laundry soap, tp, kitchen basics), which we appreciated, and the market is just a 10-minute drive away.
The local bakery (15 minute walk) was great and the owner warm and charming. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and entry was very simple with a lockbox. One note - while it's listed as sleeping 6, there is only one double bed, there is also a single bed and bunk beds so probably a better home for one family with kids and not adults traveling together. This didn't affect us at all, though, and we had a truly memorable stay, will absolutely be back as soon as we can. Thank you again, Corinne and Claude!

Beautiful spot with the magic of the ocean at the doorstep. Lovely accommodations at the edge of the sea. Highly recommend! We will return.

Very clean and well appointed. Views were ever changing and lovely. A well located mirror would have made the property even better.
