The location and size of Water Colors was perfect for our family. However, for the price of this rental, I found it to not be a good value. There are some areas that need attention and a couple of weeks rent plowed back into the property. All the sink and bathtub drains are in need of a good cleaning. The drains are unacceptably slow to the point that one stands in water over their ankles while showering. The gasket on the refrigerator door is loose and does not seal properly. Food stored in the door spoiled. Time for a new refrigerator. The mattresses are like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. And finally, I paid a substantial cleaning fee but found that all the linens and towels were bundled and bagged when we got there. For the price I paid, I expect the beds to be made on arrival. As I said, this property is sized and located perfectly, and if all the issues got resolved, I would certainly return.
