4BR / 4BA - K, 2S / Q / Trundle Bed w/bunk + Q) Bunk - Sleeps 11 - Views of the Marsh and views of Scott Creek along with views of Big Bay Creek and Sunsets - WOW! The home is at the end of Jungle Shores Drive - a quiet and private Cul-de-sac sandy road. "Marsh Memories" is only 3 houses to the corner and then a block and 1/2 to the beach. There is plenty of parking in the yard and also under the house for cars and boars. Also on the back side of the carport is a sitting area with table and chairs and the large enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. The 1st floor is the main level with the Great Room (LR, DR, Kit), and the 1st BR. This bedroom has 2 Singles. On this floor is a Hall Bath (tub/shower combo). Off the Great Room is the first of 2 marsh view covered decks with plenty of seating plus a picnic table. The stair case to the 2nd floor is located in the foyer and leads to the hall laundry room and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master Bedroom - King - is on the left with the 2nd covered deck and private bath with tub and stall shower. Also there are grand views of the marsh, creeks and sunsets. To the right down the hall are the other two bedrooms one with a Queen & private bath and the other with a Trundle Bed w/bunk + Q) Bunk with bath (tub/shower). Pet Friendly with fee and owner approval. Cable and Internet service provided. Linens are not included. Weekly rentals in the summer and holidays. Please remember No Smoking.

The property was an easy walk to the beach, without the traffic and noise from the beachfront/beach view houses.

I’ve been coming to Edisto for a decade now and I’ve never stayed in the marsh side of the island. This house was perfect for our first stay! It has great amenities, updated master bath and floors. The beauty from the back porch watching the deer and other wildlife was great! It’s 2 blocks from beach access #9 where you can drive and park or walk. With 4 kiddos, we drove to take all of our beach stuff. But very easy and convenient. Owners happened to be next door and they were super nice and helpful. Great experience and we’ll be back !

We had a gathering of friends to celebrate someone’s 70th birthday. The space was perfect for us, so comfortable! The view was amazing and ever-changing. We would definitely do it again.
