A stylish and Modern home perfect for business or pleasure in the heart of sunny Santa Monica.
Centrally located in Mid City Santa Monica, this newly remodeled home is close to beaches, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and world famous shopping.
I highly recommend walking up the street to award winning Fia Steak for a luxury patio dinner, sip Happy Hour cocktails at Jonah's, enjoy brunch at Milo and Olive and stop into Erewhon for an Organic Smoothie and snack.
This remolded home features two bedrooms with smart TV's and two luxury spa inspired bathrooms with rain showers and custom tile.

The place is immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable. The showers are clean with plenty of water. It is in a central location. I recommend a stay there.

This location is perfect for anyone that is visiting Santa Monica and surrounding areas. It’s located near grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. House is clean and comfortable has everything you need.

Experienced VRBO traveler had an OUTSTANDING stay at this property. While I typically travel and rent in the New England area, I rented this lovely property in Santa Monica. It was outstanding to say the least. Excellent location and ease to get around LA. Property was lovely with two bedrooms, two baths, lovely living area with well-stocked kitchen and lovely outdoor space as well. The beds were comfy for great evenings of rest. There is a nearby shopping center in the event you forgot something at home and need to pick up items. However, both bathrooms were well-stocked with shampoos and body wash and washer/dryer were full-sized in the event you want to pack clean clothes for your return home. I was glad I rented a Camry for the week as the driveway required, as described, the need to park diagonally. Thank you again to Brandon for the great communication and amazing property. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. My fears of renting on the was coast were completely unfounded. Santa Monica is my childhood home and this property made me feel a welcome return.

Very very comfortable great location the check in and finding wi fi was a bit tricky but put that down to just coming off 2 international flights and being not used to the locking mechanism. Thoroughly recommend this place idea for a group of;
