This three-level townhome sits within a quiet five-unit complex in West LA, set back from the street and surrounded by mature ficus trees and lush greenery. The building feels tucked away, and the rear unit is the most private of the five. Private garage parking with an EV charger is included, a genuine convenience in this part of the city.
Each of the two bedrooms occupies the entry level, with their own outdoor spaces and en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a seating area, a walk-in closet, and a private deck just outside the door. It is a comfortable, self-contained space well suited to settling in for a longer stay. The second bedroom is built around a full-size Murphy bed and a built-in desk, making it equally practical as a home office or a guest room. It has its own en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a small private deck. When the Murphy bed is folded up, the room opens considerably around the workspace.
Up the stairs, the main living level opens with vaulted ceilings that extend more than twenty feet, drawing in natural light from oversized windows that face multiple directions. The layout flows from the kitchen through the dining area and into the living room, with two separate deck access points extending the usable space outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with multiple coffee options and everything needed for daily cooking, with two bar stools at the counter. A dining table anchors the center of the floor.
The living room is furnished with a chaise sectional, an accent chair, a decorative fireplace, and a Samsung Frame TV. A deck off the living room has a gas barbecue. The deck off the dining area offers a second outdoor seating option. A half bathroom is also on this level, along with an in-unit washer and dryer.
On the top floor, a loft area serves as an additional workspace with a desk and a chair, and a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, giving the home flexibility for a third or fourth occupant. The top-floor deck is the largest of the five, furnished with four patio chairs and an umbrella, and open to the sky.
The homeowner has assembled a curated art collection displayed throughout the home, with a guide available for guests who want to learn more about the pieces. Plants and greenery are woven throughout the interior, continuing the feel of the exterior.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including all five decks and the private garage with EV charger. There will be no one else on the property unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided after signing the Rental Agreement.

This home is located in West LA on the border of Brentwood, one of the more livable and well-established stretches of the Westside. Brentwood Village is walkable, with coffee shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials within reach on foot. Erewhon is nearby, and the broader Westside corridor puts Santa Monica, Venice, and the beach within a short drive. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, well suited to someone who wants to be centrally located in Los Angeles without the density of the city`s more urban areas.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.
This location is particularly well-positioned for getting around the Westside. Santa Monica, Venice, and the beach are a short drive, and the 405 provides access to the broader city. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. For month+ stays, any excessive use above the average amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
