We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established hours), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in accommodation. However, we will be aware of anything you need during your stay.

In the downtown area of Cancun, you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and local markets. Some of the most popular places to visit in the area are Mercado 28 and Mercado 23, where you can find a wide variety of local products, from handicrafts and clothing to food and drinks.
For those interested in the culture and history of the region, the downtown area has some tourist attractions such as Parque Las Palapas, where festivals and concerts are held, and the Iglesia de Cristo Rey, a Catholic church with outstanding architecture. awesome.
Regarding transportation, the downtown area of Cancun has a good connection with other parts of the city through buses and taxis. Also, if you want to visit the Riviera Maya, you can take a bus from the Cancun Bus Terminal, which is located in the downtown area.

You can find them on any corner and they are relatively cheap if you move around the center, if they go to the hotel zone they go up in price. Be sure to ask the price before getting on and agree a price with the driver before you start the trip.
Bicycles: If you like cycling, you can rent a bicycle in one of the many rental shops in the city. Cancun has an extensive network of bike paths that connect the main tourist spots in the city.
Car rental: If you are going to rent a car you can park on the street outside the property and it is a good way to get around since the city is big.
Buses: Buses are an economical and practical option to move around the city. Cancun's public transportation system has an extensive network of routes that connect the city center with the hotel zone and other parts of the city.
Colectivos: The colectivos are small vans that function as public transportation and travel along the main highway of Cancun. They are an economical and practical option to move around the city and its surroundings.
Other Things to Note:
The suite is in a condominium with shared common areas, so there may be some noise during your stay (other guests, local wildlife or street traffic). As the area is still developing, occasional daytime construction noise from nearby properties is possible.
Before arrival, we require online check-in and a photo ID for every guest, plus a signed copy of the condominium regulations - this authorizes access to the property and lets us send your check-in details, and helps us keep good relations with neighbors.
You may come across local wildlife (birds, geckos, the occasional insect, raccoons or local dogs). We care about the environment, so please avoid leaving food outdoors.
Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee on request.
For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it's running and avoid setting it below 21°C.
