About this apartment rental
This well-maintained Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 4th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This excellent 4th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its wrap-around beachfront balcony. A large and fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and two bedrooms make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. A second bedroom provides one full size and one twin bed, and the living room offers 2 queen size sofa sleepers. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $425 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $300 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 7 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.
**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

Our stay at the Summit was very good! The condo we stayed in needs updates and a few repairs, but overall it was sufficient for our stay. The balcony is amazing, but a new building is being built next door that takes away the beautiful views from the balcony. The pools were great for the kids. Theproperty and grounds were extremely well taken care of! We would stay at the Summit again.

The location and the view was great. Great beach, nice pools, lots of parking, reliable elevators. No complaints or issues with the building or the common areas.The unit itself appears to be old, dated, and dingy. The kitchen is not well stocked, compared to other properties i have rented in the PCB area. The toaster was broken, and was replaced within 24 hours of informing the management company. I had issues with the washing machine, and getting it to complete a full cycle. After numerous calls with the management company and two service visits, the solution is to put something heavy on the lid of the washer for the entire cycle. This seemed to work sporadically for me and Ibwasted a lot of time getting it to work.The second bedroom has 2 beds, which i specifically sought out for my 2 young children. However, given the placement of the beds, the door was unable to close. There were various other minor items that didn't directly impact our stay, but shows the age and low maintenance of the unit, such as:Big tear in one of the window screensLamp broken and light bulb needing to be on a significant angle to turn onCracked floor tilesGrime/orange rust stains on the exterior of the fridge (interior was clean)No lid for the garbage canWhen checking out, i looked under the bed to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything, and found someone else's flipflops, indicating that it hasn't been cleanedVery challenging to get a stable temperature in the shower
