No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Cabana 111. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Really nice place overall. Just a few things need fixing up. Needs a rug by the sink in master bath. No beach view. Code was changed to the beach the day we got there. No blender and needs a keurig coffee pot. I tried the top bunk and really uncomfortable. Hard like plywood. Needs a sturdier couch. Hard to get out of. Almost need a second person to pull you up. A plus would be is to add free beach service to the condo. We did have a great time. Too close to Alvin’s. That’s dangerous. lol.

The place is better than the photos even! Location is perfection on 1st floor with easy access to your car, pool, beach, laundry room and garbage drop. So clean and light new decor! Love the interior decorating! The big sliding glass door is so nice with a great patio and seating. Plantation shutters I so appreciated My daughter and I felt so at home here. The community is wonderful. The bed was large and so comfy. Loved end tables and lighting. I really can’t say enough positive things. So appreciated the location to everything. The private access to beach was so convenient. One little suggestion from a coffee drinker is suggest getting some more mugs that are big not so small. But I feel silly even saying that but if that was my only gripe. This is a gem and will be booking again. Thank you

The place was okay but there was zero wifi. The network in the instructions wouldn't even come up. Owners need to be aware and keep their equipment up to date or do not advertise there is wifi.
