The kitchen has a breakfast bar which seats two and opens up into the dining area with seating for 6. The dining area flows seemlessly into the living space which has ample seating, a sleeper sofa, and a giant flat screen TV. You have a large balcony off the living room with Gulf views. Condo very nicely decorated. Sleeper sofa was broken, as were some of the door locks(which unreported to property management). Very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchenware. Nice view of the ocean. Short walk to beach, although beach was very crowded with many restrictions as to where you could set up your tent/umbrellas and chairs. Adequate parking. Lots of great eating establishments within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great location but the property could use a thorough cleaning and new carpet/flooring in bedrooms and stairs… looked as tho someone was ill on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great! No beach chairs so bought bag chairs and left them for next renters. The a/c definitely needs maintenance before summer!
