NOTE: A new inside and outside AC unit were installed in 2024 to include the adding of new vents throughout the den area. New quartz countertops, sinks and bedroom furniture were added in 2024 as well.
On North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach (Cherry Grove) we invite you to enjoy your beach vacation at our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Located directly on the Ocean in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. This unit is on the top floor of a 5 floor building providing unobstructed views from the ocean to the rear march views. The unit has been renovated to include quartz countertops throughout, Smart TVs in each bedroom, stainless steel appliances and modern furniture to include new cooling gel mattresses.
Just a few steps to the sand and sea, not to mention a spectacular view from the oceanfront balcony. Cherry Grove is an excellent choice for your vacation where you will enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves.
Relax and enjoy your beach vacation in our oceanfront, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium. Our unit is located on the fifth floor of a five-floor condominium unit. An elevator is provided for access. The oceanfront pool and outside showers are located inside the pool area and just after you leave the beach area.
We strive to bring you the perfect beach accommodations. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience, and guests are greeted with a clean open unit with lots of hospitality for your vacation. The unit was renovated to include tile in the den and bathrooms and tile hardwood floors in all the bedrooms. The unit includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, ceramic glass surface stove and dishwasher). Also quartz countertops in kitchen and baths. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom and the den area.
Ask anyone who has ever stayed on the oceanfront in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, and they will tell you it is one of the finest family beaches anywhere. Away from the traffic and crowds of other Myrtle Beach areas, yet close to all that the Grand Strand has to offer.
We have set up our family owned condominium unit to provide you with all of the amenities of home. When you walk into the unit through an entrance hall, looking to your right, the entire front of the unit is the view of the beach and ocean. This is the scene for the kitchen and den as both face the front of the unit. In the den you are provided with a brand new 50 inch Smart TV for those of you who find relaxation in watching the ocean and your favorite show. A new air conditioning unit was installed this past year along with a new sliding glass door. Other windows in the unit were replaced as well.
Just behind the den is a dining room table to seat 4 and 2 bar stools for others to pull up a chair at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen has quartz counter tops and everything you should need including a blender, Keurig Coffee maker, regular pot coffee maker, wine glasses and other kitchen items just as in your own home. The most loved by our guests, the oceanfront, private balcony which provides a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Chairs and table are provided for your relaxation. We also recently added tile flooring to the outdoor balcony.
The unit sleeps six. Bedroom one (1) has newly installed modern tile (hardwood-look) with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom. A 43 inch Smart TV television is located in the second bedroom. The bathroom includes sink/vanity area and tub/shower.
Bedroom two (2) has newly installed modern tile (hardwood-look) and has a queen-size bed with adjoining bathroom. A 43-inch Smart TV is located in the master bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks, large vanity area, and tub/shower.
The third bedroom is hardwood with twin beds . A 32 inch smart TV is located in the bedroom. The third bathroom includes a sink/vanity area and walk-in shower with access from the hall. Fully renovated in 2024.
The complex was constructed in 1987. It was painted in 2020 and new stair rails and balcony rails installed in 2019. New common area carpet installed in 2022. The pool has pavers and fencing and is cleaned daily. The grounds are cleaned twice daily.
Note. The pier shown from balcony pictures is private and not available for use to this condo development. This condo development is mainly nonsmoking with one designated smoking area under the covered parking area.
Motorcycles, trailers nor golf carts are allowed on the property. Two parking passes for vehicles will be provided.

Great property, high quality linens & towels, kitchen had everything you would need. Tracey is a great host, very approachable & helpful. Beach is quieter which is what we wanted. Would like to stay again!

We stayed here for a family vacation. The location near The Point was great, the pool was nice, and having a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal was a big plus.A few things to know: the listing photos deserve an Oscar for Best Use of Mirrors. One entire living room wall is mirrored, making the condo feel much larger than it really is.The king bed was an adventure—it felt like a soft hillside, and we always ended up in the middle by morning. Several toilet seats were also loose enough to keep things…interesting, especially for my mother-in-law. A service tech came out and did his best—said it was “as good as it gets”—but it was an improvement and at least reduced the risk of an unexpected dismount.Our AC stopped working and the unit reached 81 degrees before it was fixed. Credit for getting it repaired, but it took multiple texts, a call, and a voicemail. The door code also stopped working on our last day, which made it feel like the condo really wanted us out before our time was up.There’s also an unidentified alarm that goes off regularly; day and night—we eventually accepted it as part of the local wildlife.Beach access may be tricky for some, and the dumpster across the street turns trash duty into a field trip. Also, the pier in the photos is currently closed.Overall, great location and amenities, but comfort and maintenance didn’t quite match expectations. At least we got a few laughs out of it.
