PLEASE NOTE: Your unit is on the first floor of an older two-story apartment building and during the day neighbors and footsteps may occasionally be heard. The walls are not sound-proof and you, as well as the other residents in the building, are asked to keep noise down after 10PM.

Nice Clean Property. Property Manager is very responsive and helpful. You are close to the airport so there is airport noise. The outside neighborhood seemed quiet while I was there. Some noises from the other tenants in adjoining units. Overall, I was pretty happy and price is reasonable.
