The Retreat is located in the neighborhood of College Park of Atlanta. It has all the benefits of a large city, while preserving the neighborliness of a hometown. Its close proximity to downtown Atlanta, 5 mins to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, & walking distance to restaurants & shoppings. The townhome features dedicated work space, washer/dryer, fireplace, & high speed internet. It’s a perfect getaway to relax & enjoy yourself.
The space
Our beautifully updated 986 sq. ft. townhome, fully equipped and thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. This two bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome has been renovated and well-maintained, offering a cozy stay.
BEDROOM 1: LOVER SUITE (upstairs)
A spacious and inviting retreat with a comfortable queen bed and a sitting area by the fireplace.
BEDROOM 2: BREEZE SUITE (upstairs)
A bright, comfortable room with a queen bed, television, and a dedicated workspace: ideal for relaxing or working remotely.
UPSTAIRS: Full bathroom
DOWNSTAIRS: Half bathroom with washer and dryer for added convenience

Other things to note
• Please note: From October to December 2025, the unit next door is currently undergoing daytime renovations. You may hear some construction noise between standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
• The windows are original to the home and are difficult to close. Please don’t open it unless it is an emergency.
• We provide 2 rolls of toilet papers per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels. There is a grocery store within 3-4 minutes drive.
• There isn’t a designated parking space in the parking lot.
• The wall between the adjacent units aren’t soundproof, please keep the noise down after 9 pm.
• We do not give refund due to severe weather or natural disaster.

Beautiful updates and a lot of well used space for a small unit. However, it was missing towel bars in the bathrooms and the windows being stuck slightly open wasn’t ideal.
