The beautifully detailed home is just a short walk to Seaside, dining, and neighborhood access to the public beach. The house is on one of the largest lots in Old Seagrove and was designed to assure resort like living. The house was built to be in scale with the historic beach cottage neighborhood, to add spacious living areas for entertaining and the most up to date finishes and top quality appliances.
The one level home features generous interiors and large porches on the front and back of the house. The lot is wooded and quiet. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature throughout the day. The front porch has four comfortable Adirondeck chairs best suited for enjoying morning coffee or an evening’s glass of wine.
Enter the home in to the Great Room, clad in white shiplap, a soaring ceiling, windows and doors all of which allow you to feel as if the outside has come in! Comfortable seating for eight in the great room surrounds a 75” TV.
The dining table comfortably seats ten and is open to the gourmet kitchen. A large Island centers the kitchen. A sub zero refrigerator and Wolf stove will please the most avid chef. Carrera Marble counters throughout. The house offers all custom cabinetry stocked with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. Sub Zero Refrigerator, Six burner Wolf Gas range, fully equipped kitchen with All Clad cookware, ample glassware and service for up to twelve people, Keurig coffee maker and so much more.
The great room opens out on to an oversized screened porch. There is more comfortable seating and another dining area on the rear porch. The dining table can comfortably accommodate eight people.
The screen porch overlooks the patio and pool which can be heated for your enjoyment even during the cool weather. You will find it hard to leave this gracious back yard and pool. Lounge, dine and BBQ in the privacy of your own back yard. The outdoor shower, custom built, is private and yet open to nature. No detail has been omitted.
The Master Suite, with a King bed, has a soaring ceiling. There is a large TV in the master bedroom. The master bath, with an open, oversized walk in shower, is also luxurious. Twin sinks, a fully mirrored wall and designer quality lighting combine to add feeling of luxury in the space.
The second bedroom, also generously sized, has a King Bed and lovely furnishings. The third bedroom is the room the kids will fight over with four built in bunks.
The second full bath is as large and luxurious as the Master Bath.
There is also an office if you absolutely cannot escape the demands of work.
And while we love our dog, we understand that you, too, may not want to leave home without yours. We will consider a small (under 20 pounds, non shedding) dog. There is an additional fee for your pooch.

Our recent stay at this vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach was nothing short of exceptional, making it an ideal haven for multigenerational travel with kids and grandparents alike. The house’s thoughtful layout featured separate bedrooms thoughtfully positioned away from the kitchen, ensuring that any late-night meal prep or early morning coffee brewing didn’t disturb those catching some extra sleep. We loved the added perks like provided bikes for exploring the nearby trails and an array of beach accessories that made our seaside outings effortless and fun. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances, ample cookware, and even those little extras like spices and gadgets that turned cooking at home into a delight rather than a chore. It had everything we needed and more, allowing us to enjoy family meals together. Overall, this spot was exceeding our expectations.

Fabulous property represented very well by pictures. We lived the layout and space. The main kitchen/great room is somewhat detached from the bedrooms which we love. The pool was heated nicely and a considerable size for this area - larger than usual, in our experience. The screened in porch is huge and the pool area can accommodate many people. VRBO map does a poor job depicting the actual location. We have friends who own homes in watercolor (adjacent subdivision) and we’re hanging out with them. When looking up this property, I saw there was a road connecting internally to Watercolor and Seaside. The house is literally one road off the beaten path which we love, since that area gets super packed with people. This property is the perfect balance of being surrounded by everything seaside has to offer but also allows you to stay just one road outside of the chaos. We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again. The host was the absolute best!

This house is absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay again. Easy walk to a public beach area (Dogwood/Thyme Public Beach Access... don't ride bikes as there is no bike parking there). Easy walk or bike ride to Seaside center, although we chose to ride bikes every time. The house has 4 cruiser bikes that are perfect for getting around the town, and easy to park all over the city. I rented a bike with a child seat from Big Daddy's Bike shop (they were GREAT) because I didn't want to try to put one on any of the bikes at the house. The pool was BIG for Seaside and perfect! And the neighborhood was quiet at night, far enough away form all the Watercolor rentals, but close enough for every activity you can think of. GREAT for families. Absolutely loved our trip. One last thing... Old Florida Fish House to eat was a HIT!
