WE SPENT A LONG WEEKEND AT THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY AND MY FAMILY AND I HAD A WONDERFUL, VERY RELAXING TIME. THE HOUSE WAS NOT ONLY BEAUTIFUL BUT ALSO SUPER CLEAN. YOU WILL WANT FOR NOTHING WHILE YOU ARE THERE. THE OUTDOOR SPACE WAS VERY INVITING. SPENT MOST OF OUR TIME IN THE POOL OR JUST PLAYING GAMES IN THE SCREENED IN PATIO. COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST WAS GREAT. IMMEDIAT RESPONSE ON ANY QUESTIONS. WE 100% RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained—but the real highlight was the outdoor space.The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day—and the outdoor kitchen took everything to the next level. It was set up perfectly for cooking, hanging out, and spending quality time together. We ended up spending most of our trip outside because it was just that enjoyable.The host was great with communication and made everything simple from check-in to check-out. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place with an awesome outdoor setup!

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for each family to have space. FULLY stoked kitchen. Lots of pool tools and bathroom towels! Super clean. Hosts were very quick to respond to messages and questions.
One downside on location - not much is within walking distance - Vehicle required at this location.

The Pelican at Cape Coral was an excellent house for our family vacation. We had the total maximum number of people allowed and found it to be fine for our needs. It is well maintained in a nice area and is exactly as described. The pool and ping pong tables were a big hit, providing the room needed to hang out and spread out. The host was helpful and very responsive.
