Welcome to Top Florida's Villa Stardusk! Situated in the perfect vacation location in SW Cape Coral, near Cape Harbor's Rum Runner and other area attractions! This sparkling Villa is just another perfect example of the incredible value that Top Florida offers with a fully furnished Vacation Villa. Enjoy the clear, warm water of the pool, go boating, or just enjoy the expansive Lanai.
Villa Stardusk offers a kayak for guests to enjoy. If you wish to use it, a waiver has to be signed.
The house is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign. Villa Stardusk features Roku & Hulu TV services. Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

Absolutely wonderful house!! The owners made us feel so welcome. They even had Christmas music and a tree up when we arrived. Very nice touch!! Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived to the property it looked very nice and very similar to the pictures in the listing apart from some age, however there was one problem that caused us discomfort during our stay which was the ever intrusive BUGS.
The home had flying ants and small sugar ants in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. the worst being the twin room next to the master bedroom. There at least 4-5 flying ants on the beds, walls & ceiling consistantly in that particular room. After spraying natural bug treatment around that bedroom window there were approximately 20-30 found dead dispite keeping the door closed.
There were also many positives to the property it was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and very pleasant decor throughout the home. The pool area was very nice and sported a tv, nice lounging area, and a great view of the dock and the canal.
All in all it was a very pleasant stay in a rather nice home just needs some bug treatment.

Very nice House with a beautiful pool and dock area. We got to experience some very nice sunsets sitting dockside. A five minutes bike trip to Rumrunners and short drive to shops. Very clean! Quiet neighbourhood.

Hier stimmt einfach alles, das Haus ist so wie in der Beschreibung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, sind das dritte Mal in Florida gewesen. Der Kontakt war einwandfrei, als der Geschirrspüler Probleme bereitete kam umgehend ein Service-Mitarbeiter.
Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Lage direkt am Wasser ist toll.
