Fabulous holiday home with a wonderful terrace furnished with direct and close views to the sea, on Las Burras beach itself, in the south of Gran Canaria.
Accommodation of 80 m², with a lovely lounge with terrace overlooking a peaceful communal swimming pool (currently undergoing maintenance and will be available at the end of July). Remember that the beach is just a few metres from the accommodation.
It has two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, a bathroom and a charming lounge. It has a capacity for four people.
Magnificent accommodation just a stone's throw from the beach, ideal for families and with everything necessary to spend wonderful holidays, whether for short getaways or long stays on the beach. Perfectly equipped with communal swimming pool, parking almost always available outside the accommodation, iron, hairdryer and 1 Smart TV.
Unlimited WiFi with Internet connection.
Recently renovated kitchen, American style, fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Las Burras beach is located in the coastal area of the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in the south of Gran Canaria, one of the most important tourist centres in the Canary Islands. It is a very popular beach, but its 300 metres in length and 110 metres in width allow you to rest comfortably in a hammock sunbathing or relax under an umbrella. The beach is protected by a breakwater, providing it with safety and tranquillity, ideal for the enjoyment of the youngest. Precisely for this reason, this welcoming beach with toasted sand is one of the preferred ones for families.
This beautiful fine sand beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Las Burras has all the necessary facilities for visitors to enjoy a most pleasant stay: showers, cleaning service and umbrella and hammock rental. In addition, it has surveillance equipment, special service for people with reduced mobility and a seafront promenade ideal for enjoying a relaxing walk whilst contemplating the marvellous sea views until reaching, if desired, the neighbouring beaches of San Agustín and Playa del Inglés.

The beachfront apartment was a hidden gem. Great place to rest. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants. For the more adventurous kite surfing school and a dive school were also a short walk away.

Modern and clean apartment. Good beds. We got second set of keys and it helped a lot.
The noice of backyard fountain was disruptive.

Loved this accommodation, and so unbelievablyclose to the beach. Great kitchen and very comfy beds, the balcony was a fantastic sun trap which was perfectly angled to protect us from the windy weather which was an added bonus. supermarket and bike rental shop is just up the road too.
