About this house rental
House in a small private community with a communal pool and exclusive access to the ocean right from the community itself, where you can swim, dive, or snorkel.
A very quiet, peaceful location with no noise, accessible only to residents, right on the ocean.

Stunning ocean views in a home with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a 40-meter living room with a fireplace, a sitting room and dining room, a dream kitchen, panoramic views, and fully equipped with new, high-end Siemens appliances. Dishwasher, microwave oven, large refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee maker...
Bedrooms: Two with 1.50-meter double beds, each with a private bathroom and very large built-in closets. Another bedroom with the same features as the previous ones but without a private bathroom, and finally, another with two 90-cm beds. These two share a very large bathroom located right across the hall.
All bedrooms are equipped with towels, sheets, bath towels, etc.
The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay:
55-inch flat-screen TV, satellite dish, stereo system. Dining room with a 180x90 table and 8 chairs, chaise longue sofas, and 2 armchairs... plus all the necessary kitchen and dining room equipment.
Laundry room: Washer, dryer, iron, etc.
High-speed Wi-Fi.
It also has a very spacious terrace with a dining table for 8 people, fully equipped, and a south-facing orientation that makes it very sunny all year round.

The outside space on the balcony was wonderful. A large table to gather the whole family around, plenty of chairs, plus remote controlled screens and roof cover that provided welcome shade whenever we wanted. And the views were beautiful too!
The inside space was exceptional. If you are wanting to cook your own meals, as we did,, there is everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need, plus there was extra crockery to be found in the cupboards out in the diningroom area too. And an overflow fridgefreezer downstairs in the utility room!
The welcome on our arrival was wonderful with a huge platter of fruit plus champagne and glasses awaiting us as we came into the kitchen.
In short, this accommodation is fantastically equipped - an exceptional space in which to relax, with the added bonus of being really close to the beach and all the fun of the town!
The only negative experience we had was not being able to get a reply from our designated lady whose number Julio had given us in case we should have any questions during our stay.

The property location was perfect. Restaurants and shops easily accessible by foot. Swimming pool, private access to sea for residents. It was very relaxing.

We had actually been to this property before and it was amazing but this time round we were very disappointed it was all shut up like no one had been there for months the balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. Between 8 people there was only one fob for the pool and to get down to the sea so if some of the family was down by the sea no one else could join usless someone else came to the top and that was a total pain when your a family of 8.The overall stay was ok but would not be going back which is a total shame as we really likes this villa.
