This lovely home sits on the Atlantic Ocean side with a beautiful view of the ocean & just one house to the open water. With 35 feet of dock space at the beginning of the canal, it can accommodate a wide variety of boats.
We have a NO SMOKING & NO PETS policy.
Casita Mar is a half-duplex home with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. With ample covered parking, 1080 square feet under central A/C, and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
For your boating/fishing needs: fish cleaning station, water access, bait freezer at the house, & public ramps located minutes away.
For your convenience & entertainment needs: central air conditioning & heater, unlimited wireless internet, free Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, outdoor hammock, washer, dryer, 65" 4K Smart TV, & fun board games.

New furnishings and marble floors make for a very comfortable experience. Judy was a gracious and attentive host and I plan on returning in a couple months. Great ocean view from balcony and the dock makes ocean access easy. Just pull out and go!!!

This unit is equipped with everything you will need, including kitchen small appliances. There are 2 major grocery chain stores nearby, as well. If you enjoy a clean, comfortable, quiet location, this is the place. The host was great to work with and very accommodating.
