In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access (mountain road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Imst" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, natural swimming pond 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 4.5 km, sled run 4.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hoch-Imst 4.5 km, Hochzeiger 18 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
