Private: property 250 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Centre de Courtonne-La-Meurdrac" 1 km, sandy beach 40 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km.
